A step incentive certificate signifying proficiency in basic knowledge and skills required for a general management position. Awarded for the successful completion of courses listed with a minimum grade of “C” in each required course.

Upon completion of the program, students will:

  2. 2. Demonstrate the appropriate application of State and Federal HR laws to business situations.
  3. 3. Define and describe common operational issues and appropriate supervisory responses to these issues.
