The Associate of Arts in ASL/English Interpreting prepares students to transfer to a four-year institution in order to earn a bachelors degree required to become a certified interpreter. Specifically, students will develop foundational skills needed to gain language fluency, manage complex cognitive tasks, and convey a dynamically equivalent message between ASL and English.
